Important registration info

  • Credit card payment only is accepted for online registration.
    • An NC State University PCard cannot be used for payment.
    • NC State University participants may also pay with a Project ID number.
  • Need to pay by check or make a group registration?

About the R&I Symposium

  • A two-day event with plenary, breakout, and poster sessions.
  • In-person capacity is limited; register early for the lowest cost and guarantee your spot.
  • NC Professional Engineers can earn PDHs for this event.
    • Maximum PDH amount will be confirmed after agenda is finalized.

General Attendee Registration

For university researchers, students and transportation professionals working in the public or private sector

  • $100 per person (increases to $125 after February 1)
  • $75 per student (increases to $100 after February 1)
  • Breakfast and lunch provided on both days

Virtual Attendee Registration

For remote participants using Zoom

  • $50 per person
  • Plenary and breakout sessions included
  • Tech demos, offsite demos, and poster session not available for virtual attendees
  • Questions/comments for speakers may be submitted via the Zoom Q&A function during sessions
